Abby started her career working in IT recruitment for a prestigious London agency before moving to Human Resources at JP Morgan in Bournemouth. She has spent her career since then working for public sector organisations and has an in-depth understanding of the needs of both private and public sector clients.
Rates
Agenca rates are amongst the most competitive in the locality as we have few overheads and like to maintain a fair and transparent pay system. Hourly rates are calculated based on the permanent employment pay spines of our key clients.
Referencing and Testing
All quality candidates are referenced as soon as possible. Abby will devise a range of specific candidate questions alongside the vacancy Manager to ensure that the individual matches with the job as tightly as possible.
Bespoke Training
Isn’t it frustrating having to spend several hours with your new Temp to ensure they are fully aware of in-house systems and techniques? Agenca can offer a training service based at our Bournemouth office to tutor the selected candidate on the clients’ systems. Requirements may include house-styling documents, how and where items are saved and other general ‘house-keeping’ requirements.
